Objectives of Primary school and secondary school education


Everyone understands how important primary school and secondary school education in children life. Children do understand and learn the basics through primary school only which later enhance in secondary school. School education brings disciple and time management and many other vital skills in children. Primary schools and secondary schools are known for their syllabus only, but we also need to see that apart from syllabus they teach many other crucial aspects and skills of life which makes children a better person for the society.

Apart from education, there are several other important objectives which we have mentioned here should be considered for primary school and secondary school.

Primary school education objectives:
  1. To gain literacy, creativity, numeracy and communication skills.
  2. Should enjoy the learning process and develop the desire to continue learning.
  3. To build an ability for logical judgment and critical thinking.
  4. Respect and appreciate the dignity of work.
  5. To develop good religious values, social standards, and morals.
  6. To develop into a physically fit, self-disciplined and healthy person.
  7. To develop aesthetic values and appreciate people’s cultures.
  8. To develop appreciation and awareness of the environment.
  9. To develop awareness about international and national community.
  10. To develop love and respect for own country.
  11. To develop specific talents and aware of it.
  12. Understand social responsibility and be a part of it.
  13. To develop appreciation and awareness of the role of technology.

Secondary school education objectives:
  1. For self-development and for the development of the nation acquire required knowledge, attitudes, and skills.
  2. Spread love and being loyal.
  3. Spread co-existence and equality among the people of the country.
  4. To develop socially, mentally, physically, morally and spiritually knowledge.
  5. To create respect and understanding for other people’s cultures.
  6. To develop appreciation and understanding of interrelationships among nations.
  7. To develop critical thinking, the ability of inquiry and rational judgment.
