Kheer is a delicious Indian dessert that is prepared with several mouth-watering variants such as Dates Kheer, Jaggery Kheer, Badam Kheer if we name some. One such yummy sweet recipe is the Rice Kheer, that is an ideal blend of milk and nuts cooked with nice quality rice. The typical dessert requires no words and you could anytime add your kind of twist to the recipe as per your preference. Total Time: 25m Preparation Time: 10 m Calories: 323 Servings: 4 Ingredients for Rice Kheer: rice-3 cup blanched almonds-6 sugar-1/4 cup milk-6 cup green cardamom-2 How to prepare Rice Kheer: Step 1) To start with, soak the almonds whole night & chop these nuts on a washed chopping board & put them beside till required again. If you want the roasted taste, you could dry roast into a non-stick vessel. Step 2) Place a pressure cooker over moderate flame & pour the milk in it. Let the milk come for boiling, now drop rice into it followed by sugar & cardamon. Utilizing a spatula, combine all the components finely. If you wish your kheer to be healthy you could use stevia or sugar-free in place of the sugar. Step 3) Close the pressure cooker with a lid & let the mixture be cooked over a moderate flame for ten to twelve mins.
